What is the best way to repair 1cm wide cracks in external stucco on front of house ?

I would like to use a cartridge type caulk that can be over-painted if possible.

Assuming the cracking is in just the render and not the masonry behind, then yes. That's quite a crack. It doesn't sound as though the render in in a very good state, Derek.

Any decorator's caulk, Derek........... except that it must be exterior use .... some aren't
