Not a question, but I just thought people researching relatives etc. in WWI would be interested in this forum. Lots of good advice on researching individual soldiers/places they served etc. and lots of knowledgeable people.

Also the Ancestry site are allowing free access for the month of November for all Military records. You have to join by giving your e mail address but that is free to join.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is also very useful for info. on soldiers and in many cases their next of kin - so you know you've found the right soldier (click on their name and sometimes there is additional information).
