Im doin A2 coursework and i need to finalise the title for my coursework and i hav no idea what to do...I am fasinated with the whole 'espionage' theme. Is there anything like that in relatively modern history that has bags of info on for me to account. The title has to be a question, so, for example:
'To what extent did the role of espionage during the years of the Cold War stir tensions between Russia and America'
ANY suggstions are more than welcome.
Thanks

Could you link it in with the development of The espionage organisations eg CIA, MI5, KGB. I would quess that there is a lot of information available about their roles in international relations.

Or what about the Cuban Missile Crisis, again I would have thought there would be plenty of material. That had an element of espionage as well as illustrating the pervasive paranoia of the times.

Good luck with your project
If you want some ideas try some of John Le Carre's books, he worked for the British intelligence services during the cold war. have a look at the synopses and they may suggest events that be useful to you.
