I hope this helps with whatever quiz it is you're doing but just so you know - I got this from google in 0.68 seconds...

Ha ha, Busted! That'll teach me to shout my mouth off.

Anyhoo, the real reason for my slightly sarcastic (and possibly incorrect) answer was freewilly's list of questions over on Arts & Literature.

its third, thats second loser in the big bell stakes.
The problem is not knowing what source has been used for the answer to begin wi. It would make sense that the answer is "Big Ben" since it's the better known of the two mentioned (so far anyway.)
