It means he can see his reflection in the glass.
Sounds painful. Put your winder away, then he can't peck at it.

oh i was going to ask what a winder was - do you mean window?
It means you're going to be invaded by a strange malevolent force...spooky...I feel an Alffred Hitchcock film coming on...
If you mean window, he wants to come in to use the loo. If you actually mean winder, push him away from your watch and don't let him perch on your wrist again.
or doe's it mean
FEED ME
When we had windows with the glass held in with putty, birds would often peck at the putty. Could that be the reason?
this happened 2 me 2, i was asleep at about 8am, and i was awoken by 2 magpies pecking at my bedroom window pane, it totally freaked me out,it was like they were watching me, as the curtain was open, then on the way to work i kept seeing squashed birds in the road, which just added to my freaked out state of mind, so yeh magpies are wiered!!
