How's the physio going?

i am now home, and i have had the worse night with no sleep, and had to call 111 for medical help last night as my heart rate was through the roof, the paramedics came and advised me to go to hospital, which i declined. they did an ECG which was slightly off.
eventually heart rate went down, but couldn't get off to sleep at all. sorry to be on a downer so early but yours truly isn't in good shape.

Anyway, hope you're on a path to recovery.

it has really frightened me, the reason i declined to go back to the hospital was that i only just got home, where i had to navigate the 34 steps all by myself, as the paramedics just carried the bag and meds, the leg/knee pain is bad so needless to say i won't be doing much today.

Take a deep breath and relax for a day or so.
Keep moving around your flat but don't overdo things.

i know, the crutches aren't helping much, the physio wasn't more than one go at the stairs in the hospital. so i have to go back in January.
