Sorry this isnt an answer.
It is very difficult to accurately calculate post war casualties for many reasons and therefore it is difficult to find them. There was great hardship in Germany in the immediate post war years and there must have been many peace time casualties due to malnutrition and diesease but its is difficult to separate these deaths from 'natural causes'.
It is probably safe to say the largest amount of deaths occured behind the Iron Curtain - either stranded german prisoners or Soviet citizens dying and obviously figures are very difficult to get hold of.
If i find any figures later i'll post them.
As the Soviet union advanced through Eastern Europe many people fled west. Of these it is estimated that 1million Germans died from exposure or mistreatment. From other parts of Europe it is estimated that 250 000 died whilst being expelled from Czechoslovakia, 1.25 million from Poland and 600 000 from other parts of Europe.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission might be able to help with allied deaths soon after the war.
