Minty....but he isn't making America safe at all. Its enemies come from within, not without.
Anyway, the thrust of what has happened with the Washington State decision is that he didn't act legally or constitutionally.
He is the President....he shouldn't be making these very basic mistakes. Its all very amateurish, and its making him and America a laughing stock around the world.

so they have had practice - BUT since the House of Reps prosecutes and the senate judges - and they have funny names like House Managers - it divides on political lines. The senators of the same party as the pres will vote no and the others 'yes'
They noticed this with Clinton and called it a day early on
