Well it would be. They're hardly likely to say otherwise.
I could only think of 'no' as an answer so didn't bother.
What I think though is irrelevant, 60% of Americans think it makes their home a safer place by having a gun.

The link story is that a mother shot her daughter dead after thinking she was an intruder, the police say it is an 'accidental death'
Now am I mistaken or was there a similar story about a South African legless athlete who shot his girlfriend after mistaking her for an intruder ?
Be interesting to see if the mother get charged with murder.
EDDIE51, it really doesn't matter what the police say: it's what the D.A. decides that is important. But I wouldn't be surprised if he agrees.
I guess I should have said "he or she". We do have to be PC, don't we:)
