Probably. You would need to source some local (edible) fruit/veg, add water and sugar and be able to sterilise a sealable container to ferment it in. Yeast (which you would need to start the fermentation process) occurs naturally.
Yeast occurs naturally almost everywhere. You might not get the finest quality wine yeast, but almost any yeast will ferment fruit sugars and make some kind of alcoholic drink. Just expose a glass of long life fruit juice to the atmosphere for a few days..
