Originally Peterborough Cathedral, but later exhumed and moved to Westminster Abbey. See bottom of this link http://www.royal.gov.uk/output/Page134.asp

Mary's and her cousin Elizabeth I are today side by side in Westminster Abbey...separated by the nave of the chapel, held apart by the walls and carved stalls, out of each other's sight. Ironic because they never met in life.

What's quite interesting is how ornate Mary's tomb is compared to Elizabeths... you would have thought Mary was by far the more important of the two!
I think this may have something to do with a bit of a guilty consious by good Queen Bess!

She does indeed lie close to Elizabeths tomb In Westminster Abbey, and was moved from Peterborough Cathredral, by here son who was james 1st of England and 6th of Scotland.
