My husband told me this morning that Cameron had said just that, they will be liable per head for their share. Only fair!

Only fair, yes.

Scotland should also get a fair share of the Armed Forces and any other assets owned by the UK (BBC, Channel 4, RBS (?) )

Berwick would be nice to have as well.
