Tracing Jonas Francis Born 1790 ditcheat

Hi I'm trying to find information on Jonas Francis who was born in 1790 in Ditcheat, Somerset. He married Mary Thompson in 1811 and was the father to Mary Ann Francis born 1816 also Ditcheat.
I found on google a reference to a Jonas Francis being st Gloucester Court around 1826 but could find no other details. I wondered if anyone knew of anywhere I could look to find out more - I no longer have ancestry.co.uk subscription either.

I found a death for Jonas in 1837 registered in Bath

There are a few trees on Ancestry with a Jonas Francis born 1788 in Curry-Rivell Somerset, England. His wife was called Mary and he had a daughter Mary Ann born Sept. 1 1816 in Ditcheat, Somerset, England.
According to one tree they had 7 children and Jonas died in
Hermitage, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, with no date given.

I can only find one Jonas Francis in the Criminal part............he was tried in July 1826 at Bristol court for larceny, and was acquitted.
