x box 360 keep feezing

my x box 360 keeps freezing when I play any help please

Contact microsoft as this is a well known problem with this system. Do it asap as you are probably going to get the red rings of death on it soon.

does it freeze on more than one game or just the same game? ours still freezes from time to time.

Microsoft won't do anything until you actually have the three red lights. Before that, they'll tell you it's a software issue which it often is. Certain games are notorious for causing crashes, Mass Effect is one, anything by EA is often bad as well.

If it's doing it on all games, you could try taking it back to the shop you got it from if it's less than a year old, although if it's Game they'll do just about anything to avoid changing it.

If it's one game then try that game on another 360 if you have access to one, otherwise you'll just have to be annoyed when it happens until your box breaks and then you can get a new one.

Try cleaning your lens as well, that can sometimes help
