Nintendo DS Lite - Screen freezes ?

Hi, Only bought the ds yesterday for my little girl and have noticed that the screen has frozen about 5 times! You cant press any buttons, just turn it off and on again. Does this happen ? Could it be the game or machine? Thanks for any help, its appreciated.

It never happens to mine. Do you have any other games to try? DId you buy the game in the same shop as the console? If so then take them both back to the shop and they should be able to advise on whether it is the game or the console which is faulty and replace the faulty item.

i think you might have bought a faulty nintendo im not sure its the game its never happened to mine take it back and ask the shop assistant and she probarbly can help.
