Pangya on the Wii - Using Potions

I have played Pangya on the Wii- I cant work out how to sue the potions such as " Nerve Stabiliser " in game. I have gone to " My Room " and transferred them to the character but can see no way to activate them when i am playing.

Anyone that can assist?
