Nope. They are two different games consoles.

Game boy advance games will play on a ds/dslite if unsure just google it loads of info.

Yes they will work on the DS/DS Lite as Chris says, however they removed the support for those games on the the DSi.

You plug them in the bottom of the DS. Most work as far as I know. My son got 5 second hand from Ebay and they all worked.
