Does anyone know the name of the music that plays on Halo 2 at the end and at other points in the game when the Master Chief says 'Finishing this Fight'?

The track is "The Last Spartan", at the end of Halo 2 when Master Chief says "Sir, finishing this fight..." the music cuts in from about 1:30 of this track.
