my health coach ds lite

Hi all hope you can help somebody has changed the language on my health coach from english to french and i cant resd french so cant change it back can anybody help me please

the same thing happened to a friend of mine. I told them to try and get to the options menu and delete there profile. It did work for them but they do lose all the progress in it.
