hi my xbox live wont conect it pass every thing untill apart from xbox live it fails there the erroe codes am getting are
W: 0000-000B
X: 0000-F001
Y: 00C2-01A0
Z: AFFF-0016
any help thanks. I phone xbox up but they dont know why

I think that the key to this is the Z: code. I do recall reading that If you have anything in there apart from 0000-0000 then that means your console has been banned.

Check with Microsoft Xbox support.

thanks cakeboy, I have had to send my console back 2 times already! so I would rather update to the elite am not sending it back just to get back a second hand one that doest work !!

That's what I'm doing next time mine goes tits up. I'll get it fixed anyway and stick it on eBay, but I could do with an HDMI connection now and I don't have that on my old 360
