The Mrs and I, both pushing 50, are getting a Wii to help us do some fun excercies with our clothes on!! Can anyone recommend some appropriate games to get us jigging about pleaes? thanks in advance Cheers

with the wii, you already get the wii sports, which is supplied with the console. i believe it had sports such as tennis, baseball, golf, boxing and bowling. i also believe you can take a fitness test.
i also recommend the big brain academy, keeps the old brain in shape

ah, not to mention the wii fit which comes out shortly, that should add more excercises

Wii Sports will give you the sports mentioned and you can do a series of events that will give you your Wii age. If you both want to play, make sure get a second controller and nunchuk attachment
Wii-Fit is being released towards the end of the month and is packaged with a balance board for a load of exercise type stuff with Nintendo's quirky brand of fun. Only downside is that it's around £70 :(
We bought ours last year and it's used almost every day, it's great for parties

wii play has alot more games, but trust me read the health bit in book first, I got one Friday and my arm feels like its going to drop off

i felt that way as well, means that we dont exercise enough i reckon

mario and sonic at the olympic games for the wii has a great range of exercises you can do
