fake world war map animation

I saw a while back, an animation of a map that when you click play, it has an over voice narrating what is going on. And it basically is all the countrys going to war through alliances. Now it isn't a real thing, this hasn't happened and it is not going to (I hope)
But I was trying to find it again today to show someone, and I can't remember where I found it. Can anyone help me please?
It's like one of those game animation things.
