Does anybody know if the game Guitar Hero for the Playstation 2 be suitable for a left handed person.

dont you activate 'lefty flip' first ?

Yup, like Mattk says - activate lefty flip (in the options) and it should reverse the colours on the screen to suit the left handed player.
