Installed games

I spend too much time playing games such as Spider Solitaire on my computer and want to stop. How can I remove this game, and others, from my computer so that I cannot get them back again. Nodroggio (Fri 10:53 08/May/09)

mattie		(Mon 11:42 11/May/09) This is for Windows XP. Goto start, then control panel, then add or remove programs. Click on add/remove windows components. highlight accessories and utilities and click on details, then untick games. Unfortunately, putting them back is the same procedure, just reselecting games. And be greatful that you haven't started playing World of Warcraft.
