cannot locate dvd rom

I have copied an iso game file to dvd using magic iso.
then...
I was able to intall the game from the dvd.
then...
I am able to veaw and run trailers listed on the dvd with the game.
when I insert the dvd disk to play the game I have the menu options....I click on play....then I get a message:
CANNOT LOCATE THE DVD ROM
please insert the correct dvd rom, select ok and restart application.
(remembering: i have the dvd rom inserted...i have just installed the game)
Does anyone have any idea's on what is wrong and what I can do to correct this problem?

Very easy to fix, just buy the game and I am sure it will work.

you can go to gamecopyworld.com, and find your game and then download the patch for noCD fix, follow appropriate instructions to replace the old .exe from your hdd. Obviously you would not use these patches for illegal copies of games, only games you have purchased.
