We've used the 'Laucke Bread Machine Pre-mix' and it's very good (pariculary the muligrain varieties). However, it comes from South Australia - so may not be the one for sale in Lakeland.

we have one in the machine as we speak, super soft white. Will tell you what it is like. My husband does not like what he calls Bird seed bread!
