Try this for something different:

Ingredients
1/3 cup orange marmalade
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer on low heat until marmalade has thinned and all ingredients are combined. Allow to cool completely before using as a marinade. Works well on beef, pork or poultry...
this ones nice...

LEMON CHICKEN MARINADE

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 large cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor until liquids are fully combined and garlic is well pureed. Mixture should be opaque and fairly thick. Pour over chicken and marinade for 4-8 hours.

Also makes a fantastic salad dressing if you cut down the garlic!

Thankyou for your replies.. could I make the lemon one without the lemon do you think.?
BBQ sauce

2 parts tomato ketchup
1 part soy sauce
1 part golden syrup or honey
1 part soft brown sugar

Add lemon or lime juice, sweet chilli dipping sauce, garlic, chopped ginger or anything you want.

Tandori chicken

1 tub Greek yoghurt
3 large spoonfuls of pataks curry paste...anyone of your choice.

Then you can add garlic, ginger, corriander, chilli or anything you like.
Marinade diced chicken breast in the above over night then thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with a chunk of pineapple (or onion, mushroom, pepper etc)

Also did a lime chilli butter for corn on the cob

softened butter, chilli flakes, lime juice and lime zest. Quantities are up to you but start off with small amounts and then add.
Also, i've just brushed chicken drumsticks with orange marmelade in the past....really nice.
Marinade chicken in olive oil with chopped onions and garlic and a tsp of italian seasoning for at least 1 hour.
Put them alternatively on skewers with onion marinaded in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper. When cooked sprinkle the skewers with grated parmesan
to four tablesspoons of oil add 1 cup tomato sauce, half cup honey, a good shake worcester sauce, some garlic puree, and a teaspoon of BBQ seasoning spice,
Great on chicken, burgers, chops, ribs, fish, even veg kebabs
