Parsnip Cake recipe

Hope someone can help. I had a slice of a cake today which I was told was a parsnip cake recipe of Claire MacDonalds from one of her books. Believe it had some other name rather than parsnip cake but that was one of the main ingredients. It was delicious and I would love the recipe so does anyone out there have the recipe that they could give me. Thanks in advance.
