can any one help last year on this morning I had a lovely turkey recipe but now ive lost it has any one got it on their pc ?
please help I need it 4 xmas and it was lovely and moist !

I always cook my turkey upside down so all the juices flow into the breast then turn it 'right way' up for the last 45 mins so it browns, I cook my chickens the same way and they are always really moist.
