That's it really. I've never cooked them before and I want to do them for myself and my girlfriend on Saturday night. How though - oven or grill, and how long?

Put each one in a tin foil parcel.35/40mins in a medium to hot oven. The mint glace tends to singe if you grill or bake without a covering.

Mouth watering already! Ta for that - tin foil would never have occurred to me.
Also Post - while you are in the foil packet/oven mode - you could make up some with veggies in them also - like potatoes with onions and green beans with a little butter and whatever herb/spice you like - or tomatoes with olive oil, etc - just any veggies you are in the mood for - then they can bake at the same time as your chops.
And - not with this meal - but sometime when you are making beef or something in the oven - take a whole onion - cut it part way down into quarters - put some beef boullion and butter in the center - wrap it in foil and bake it at the same time as the meat.
I always grill mine!
