Fastest strawberry cheesecake in the west.
Mix a small carton (200g) of Philideplhia cream cheese with two or three tablespoons of icing sugar - depends how sweet you like things. Beat together and taste.
If you have it handy, add a few drops of vanilla essence.
Cut some strawberries in half, sandwich back together with the mix, and then roll the cream cheese part in some crushed digestive biscuits.
Try not to eat them all before dinner.
