Healthy marinate for chicken kebabs

Can anyone recommend a healthy marinate sauce for chicken kebabs skewers.

Olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper

Balsamic vinegar/mustard/olive oil

the above, but sub the lemon juice for some mustard and a small amount of maple syrup.....

Try Thai style a little fish sauce, and thats all, pepper if you wish.
