Mine always comes out clumped - quite nice, but definitely clumped. I have had it in cafes and it's all beautiful and crumbly looking. How do you achieve this?...Details please I'm a bit carp at cooking!! Thanks.

i cook mine in the microwave these days two eggs, dash of milk , lump of butter (or low fat spread) and some salt and pepper - cook for just over 1 minute and is lovely and fluffy, not dry at all
joannie, "fluffy" scrambled eggs should not be fluffy!! they should have just turned from being liquid, certainly not fluffy!!

Thats why they should not be done in a microwave unless of course you like your scrambled eggs like that. I couldnt eat them that way!
I do microwave scrambled eggs; the ones on the BBC picture would make me heave; and 'creamy' scrambled eggs?? Yuk!! They need to be quite solid for me to like them.
I always use a bain marie, not having direct contact with the heat makes for lighter, fluffier eggs (in my opinion).
