Why does anybody want to pay exhorbitant amounts for Keep Fit DVDs, who wants to look like Davina Mc Call, Kerry Katona, Jane Fonda etc, just eat less and go for a walk! These so called celebs have personal trainers, food cooked and make up artists to portray the as fit healthy etc while we mere mortals are encouraged to buy their videos. I don't
