A very unimportant question I know but has anyone ever tried to make a smoked cheese toasty? I am curious - does it melt and go nice a gooey like mozzarella?

It does melt and tastes wonderful.

Especially good stuffed in chicken breasts, wrapped in smoked bacon and covered in BBQ sauce.

absolutly...and its fabulous if you like smoked cheese. it goes gooey and stringy too...so best not eaten in polite company!

....and just in case you arent a whizz in the kitchen KFC (up north) do a BBQ melt with smoked cheese!! yum!
