Creamed spinach

Evening everyone... does anyone have a good recipe and method for creamed spinach?.. had a look on-line, but would love someone to come upwith a tried and tested one. ta everso!

Really sorry, no - I love it, but I buy mine ready-done from Morrisons!

You need to use milk, cornflour and nutmeg... I really can't remember the recipe/method I used.

Thanks NoMercy..it must be something like that... if I try it..and no -one dies of food poisening..I'll let you know...and I'm refering to my cooking not your recipe!! lol

Mix cream cheese, spinach and seasoning (including nutmeg) in a pan until combined and serve.

Fry some finely chopped shallots and garlic. Add fresh spinach to the pan with some stock. Reduce down...add some cornflour, cook, add nutmeg, salt & pepper and cream.

You can put in a dish, cool and set in the fridge for a really nice dip.

Asda do delicious frozen spinach, very easy to use.
