What recipes can I put them in, except curries?

I heard they go well with chocolate, but what kind of chocolate puddings would you suggest?

Ice cream
Question Author
hhmmm, would you add it it to vanilla icecream or that cream-icecream that doesn't really taste of anything?

Is it just me, or are they quite citrusy in smell?
Ground in with coffee beans is nice (not too many though)
You can make them into a cake and into bread.
They are beautiful, not citrus at all
Most desserts, and milky shakes, drinks and ice cream.
Don`t know about the seeds but pilau rice contains cardamom pods
I used to make a lush pear and cardamom cake.
I never use the pods; I always grind or crush the seeds when there's need for cardamom.
Make a fruit cake with sweet spices and fill with cardomom icing...

Hi Molly!

Most recipes use cardamom pods rather than seeds. I love kulfi:

But you should find something suitable, using just the seeds, here:

Thanks guys, I said the seeds as I thought you wouldn't want to eat the pods they don't look very apertising.
The pods are too tough for me to entertain cooking with. Even after cooking.
Coffee! (boil them first and add the coffee, if you use instant)
