zero calorie jam? Are you sure?
I can't believe that any food could be zero calorie.
Sorry, I can't help but having just looked on their website I have to wonder what IS in their products, "New Walden Farms Whipped Peanut Spread has no calories, fat, carbs, gluten or sugars of any kind", it does however have 'fresh roasted peanut flavour'!

I would recommend you look at a more natural salad dressing or topping for your toast. Pulped fresh tomato, lemon juice, garlic and herbs is low fat, low sugar and low calorie - it's also completely natural which is more than can be said for Walden Farm products.

thank you all for your input. have been using fresh tomatoes as suggested getting a bit sick of them and walden farms seemed just the ticket. would rather have purchase through a supermarket rather than order on line.
