Is it low fat, low this, low that....?

If I stir fry it in sesame oil, is that defeating the object - i.e. to eat veg healthily?

Are you planning on stir frying all on it's own?
you only need a small amount to stir fry so should be ok but sesame isn;t great for stuirfrying though, nice as a flavouring

Oysters might make me.... you know.... horny.

It's the only veg I've got in the fridge until payday (thursday). And a big hunk of seabass - I was just going to plonk the bass on a bed of pak choi. I am so desperately feeling fat today. And last night I got stuck on my bed like a weeble.... I have to find some self-control.
Oooh I just love seabass :)

Just the thought of oysters makes me want to gag
Have you got nothing else?

What about spices?
