I can't find on the packaging or website if you can freeze tofu . . . .can you?

ahhh so I couldn't make lots of tofu stir fry and freeze it in portions could I ? it'd be all watery.
All you can do is try it....the water can be drained away. The tofu may change consistency as mentioned in that article...become a bit firmer. Ok if you like that.

I've frozen Quorn mince before and that comes out ok....
But Donald-P..it also said that some folk enjoy the different texture...so let molly decide for herself.

Donald, I regularly did it with chicken stirfry. It's a lot easier to make loads of it in the wok (which is huge) in one go.

Plus once the tofus open you have to use it quickly so if i'm not going to use it any time in the next few day I might aswell freeze it.
