A nice bubble and squeak topped with grated cheese then under the grill!!
i will be round in half hour lol !!!

Bacon and Leek colcannon cakes. Mould into rounds, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and shallow fry.

I don't have a recipe but I would add suet, and make a bacon rolypoly and serve the veg with it.
