An aquaintance had a larder full of exploding bottles of elderflower champagne. The glass pieces embedded themselves on the inside of the door like so many little daggers! Not her first time of making the stuff either so big shock for her. Perhaps best to keep the bottles well tucked away in a cupboard for safety. Good luck. Apparently it tastes divine if successfully done.
Well you know now that the fizz comes with time, be very careful when opening, try not to shake the bottle - and you'll have made something to be proud of, it's delicious!!
