am going to use one tonight for chicken, can I put the potatoes in with the chicken and will they brown, cos if I have to put them in seperately it's not worth using the bag!

...and then some:) lol Shaney.

Hi Robi, do you have any idea when they will be done next door? Care to write a Kill Drill film script with me?

*stodge, stodge, must find stodge... must first look stodge up in dictonary... oh, right...* ...you could be on to something Woofy, I VERY much wanted pizza the other day but there aren't any pizza places around. Woofy I've posted this once before but it was removed from YouTube and now it's back again. Probably just temporarily until it gets removed again so watch it now, it's the entire book as read by Susan Sarandon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKqV9uuXa0Y

*goodnight oaten biscuits, goodnight veggie sausages, goodnight peanut butter, goodnight stodge...*
Goodnight Yorkie puds ,white bread ,suet pudding ,bananas and custard :))
Ooooh PS they had a lovely recipe in WW this week .Yes ...I know ...I still buy it from time to time .
Its their centenary year .
It was a batter like Yorkie pud but with sugar and dried fruit ,sultanas ,whatever and then cooked in a four deep yorkie tin .It looked scrummy ...served with cream ...woooo woooo.....
Good morning all. I'm sorry if I wasn't, firstly, sympathetic towards you Kit about your hunger, and secondly Neti, if I seemed to dismiss your information. I really do feel for you all with differently aches and pains and appreciate all the help and advice you have given me with regards my head. I very rarely have headaches so I was a bit concerned. Anyway something you said Robi made me think. I remember 'ricking' my neck twice lately and thought that might be what you suggested what it was. Please notice I said 'was' as it is almost gone this morning.
Last night my friend couldn't come so I sat and had a Baileys to myself and watched Foyles War. She is coming tonight but she will have to watch UC with me first before we get down to the gossip!! If she scores more than me I'll never speak to her again!! :o)
Robert is singing Stairway to Heaven now on Radio 2. This song first got me into Led Zeppelin.
Sorry too for whittling <(sp!) about you Robi. I think it will be heating back on as well this week.
Hope you all have a good day. See yer later 'gater(s)
Morning...oooh, it's cold out there.

Glad it's easing Jude but it was woofy who mentioned the neck problem :o) Anyway you won't be able to make an appointment with our resident AB doc as it looks like he's going to self combust any moment now (in cb)...unreal.

Ah, Woman's Weekly shaney, it's just not the same since they did away with the faded pink and blue cover and the cardies knitted with spider web.
Ha, ha. Just enjoying watching the self combusting Robinia!! Silly fool!!

Shaney, my grandmother used to make that dish you talk of, using apples and sultanas and it was scrummy. All the fruit used to caramalise into the batter and............. ooooh, aaaaaash, I want some NOW!!

Just going back over the threads to catch up!!
See that Charlie wasn't too good yesteday Robi. How is he today?
Sorry Woofy thank you for the neck suggestion. Thank you for the neck suggestion!
I wouldn't let anybody near my back to manipulate it!! Gentle stuff with the physio at the surgery is OK, but nothing more!!

Actually, I am very depressed about my back and rib cage at the moment. My back has developed quite a large hump now and my ribs are suffering and are pressing together and pressing on my pelvic bones when I bend over or sit down. The 'hump is where I broke the vertebra which was about 3 or 4 years ago now. I seem to be suffering from a lot of referred pain.

Like Shaney, gardening has become a problem. And it upsets me because it is my best form of stress relief!!

Sorry to burden you. I haven't opened up to anybody in my family about this!!

Still I will continue to take the ibuprofen and monitor the situation!!
Perhaps my constant sharp head pains are due to my neck!! I have cervical spondolitis (since my teens). I have had the head pains since my teens too!!

Hi Jude. Glad your pains are going away. x
Hi Lottie and thanks. (I think Ive got 'repeatitis'. * last post)
I don't tell my family much about aches and pains. Usually I tell them what's going on in my head and then it's only my older sister who has to put up with me :o) Not that there's a deal wrong with it. It's mostly about computing and printing things I con't get my head round.
I've just read that thread, well some of it. What a waste of time to go on for so long.

Kit I love that story. I remembered it from the last time and it is now in my favourites.

Are we heading for a 1000 posts then? I'm sorry I haven't any more questions I can offer as I didn't ask many.

Cuppa tea time before I go to School.. Later 'gater(s)

One of the most obvious differences is the gentle, painless way in which An Atlas Orthogonist works. No manipulation (twisting or cracking) is ever employed or needed. The Atlas Orthogonist's methods require such light touches to the affected area, that patients who may expect a forceful manipulation as part of their treatment, find it hard to believe that anything effective has been accomplished. But, their doubts and fears vanish as quickly as their pain and discomfort.

Gentle enough for you!
Sorry, Neti, I wasn't getting at you and must admit I didn't read your link properly. I have been skimming through. I have seen a physio who you seems to work in this way too, you didn't realise she was working on you. I suppose I just am terrified of something going wrong even with very gentle treatment. Like Shaney my arthritis and problems are not just in my back, although the back is the worse because it triggers off problems in so many other areas.

A lot of my spine is now 'fused' and I have calcification spurs on vertebae -nobody can do anything about that :o(
Hi chooks
Freezing cold today .For two pins I'd make a bottle and go and lay in bed ! It's so miserable .
Ha ha ..I've just monitered the situation .He's such a pompous man .Doesn't like a dose of his own medicine .
Nothing doing at Shaneytowers .I've got loads of washing to sort and various things I could find to do but can't be bothered .
Just give in and make an appointment Lottie, she won't be happy till... http://i52.tinypic.com/ofw005.png >>>>>>>> 'Day everybone, really curious to go watch the self combustion now but I have errands a-plenty so I'll just have to hope it won't have been zapped later on tonight. Jude, hey, are you crazy, you don't have to apologise for not being sympathetic about my hunger yesterday...! It was a truly unpleasant experience but worse things happen at sea...! Robi sorry if I fussed too much. I remember as if it were yesterday years ago when my cat was ageing, all the worry, all the acheing love, how you'd give an arm and a leg to ease their discomfort if only you could... and it all comes back to me when reading your reports about Charlie and I guess I imagine that you're going through some similar anguish over him and so by asking about him I mean to offer you a friendly ear that's all but I can certainly see that it might be too much of a fuss at times lol, sorry xxx

Okay folks, shower time!
PS I have homes, if required?
Kit I've no idea how much longer for the diy but I swear every brick in the place has been drilled at some stage since xmas.
Been a nasty accident in the locality - cut out the car job - it makes me feel horrible. What a crip, crip start to someone's week. I hope they're ok

I'm staying out of the hoo har in cb, he'll be expecting me (& shaney) to arrive at some point & he'll be sadly disappointed no doubt, haha. I'm sorry Carlton was in pain & I know the feeling of wanting someone to tell you what to do but this is not the place to ask. I'm no fan of NHS direct but in this case they may have put him onto a doctor who could have helped & therefore taken responsibility.

I'm very sceptical about these therapies too, and as Kit (I think) said, if it worked we'd have known about it by now.
See, I googled Fibromyalgia/Atlas therapy & it's a miracle cure for that too ...? In fact when we were doing research on Parkinson's we ended up on sites that said it could be a neck problem & not P'sons...yes, of course, they were promoting some kind of 'therapy'.
