My wife recently made a batch of Garlic Oil and it was great.

She made another batch and after two weeks it smelt awful.

Does it matter which oil you use? She used Groundnut on the second occasion (olive oil on the first)/

Groundnut is another name for the peanut. The oil from which has a strong taste so can over power other flavours. Use olive oil every time.
