Have you looked in larger branches of WH Smith and also in shops selling utensils for cake baking and decorating?
the libraries normally have quite a good range of these sort of books, although some of them can be a bit dated, but basic info doesn't really change that much
Apart from book shops & libraries, your local college would be able to assist. I did a sugarcraft/cake decor course once & the tutor was very helpful. I must admit I  preferred my Flower Arranging course.

Hi, looking for sites where I could gain free info/lessons. There are practically no courses available where I come from. But I've done a few searches and came up with ;

wilsons.com, pastrywiz.com, //shop.pattycakes.com, countrykitchensa.com, abirthdayplace.com
