Redcurrant sauce

I worked in a restaurant a few years back and we served Cumberland sauce with pate and also at Christmas with turkey....so i'm sorry warpig but it can be served with white meat, it was popular.

oops, I misread the post and thought it said cumberland sausage, which is why my answer was redcurrant sauce.
