where can i buy dairy free Easter eggs suitable for my milk-intolerant toddler?

Try health stores, they sell a lot of good products my friend has the same problem and buys her chocolate from them.
Here in Sweden kids get easter eggs made of beautifully painted paper filled with all kinds of sweets and stuff. So you could take a look in your nearest IKEA (you would be surprised what they have) then fill the eggs with lactose free goodies of your toddler's choice.....

Like your toddler i to am milk intolerant and know how hard it is to find things at certain times of the year. While i was in the supermarket i picked up a mag called allergy, a few pages in is a ad for D&D chocolates and they do a range of hand made dairy and gluten free chocs including easter eggs.
