It depends entirely on how it has been made and what components/elements have gone into it.  If my grandma had made it, it would probably have more fat and calories in it than if I made it!!  You would need to be more specific.

Just eat it and enjoy the taste!!  Afterall, custard is made with milk which is full of calcium which is GOOD for you!!
