have said before about getting more flushes after i had a hysterectomy 2 years ago,its doing my box!!!

get ot see your doctor you may need some HRT but this weather is not helping either

I had a hysterectomy 26 years ago & I still get flushes. Sorry to tell you, but they can go on for ever. I do take herbal remedies which help to reduce them a lot, but they`re still there.

I dare say you have tried Black Cohosh? Get it from Holland and Barrets, pretty cheap. Or try sage tea, they do work these things. You could also try the patches (HRT) off the doc for a month at a time. The patches can be a relief, but my friend got beast cancer that they assumed was through using HRT.
So little and not so often.
