Anyone any ideas for fish recipes, suitable for a BBQ. I know you can BBQ salmon, tuna etc, but would some tasty flavouring, something different, but not too complicated.

I always prefer to bbq fish like salmon by wrappig it in foil - as you would to bake it in the oven - usually a double layer of foil.

Cajun Tuna steaks are brill when bbq'd - you can get cajun suces or sprinkles in any supermarket. Dont cook them for too long, and leave them on some foil on a cooler part of the bbq to finish them off.

Thanks for that. Never thought about using foil, as we usually cook straight on to the bbq grill rack. Sounds good with tuna steaks.
